ORDERS

If your basket is in stock it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. The basket(s) will be dispatched as long as the payment has cleared.  If there is a problem with the availability of your basket we will be in touch via email.

Please make sure you have filled in the correct email address and postal address. If the postal address is incorrect and the baskets are returned to us, we will have to re-charge for postage.  

In the unlikely event that your basket(s) become damaged during postage then please let us know as soon as they arrive and we can sort this out for you.  

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship anywhere in the UK using the Royal Mail Signed for service Second Class at a flat rate of £4.99 for whatever your order or you can choose Royal Mail Signed for service First Class at a flat rate of £6.50. 

We now ship internationally but can only send Small and Medium baskets using Royal Mail Standard service (not tracked). The shipping price is calculated at checkout on the number of baskets you buy. 

 

RETURNS

We hope that you will love your basket(s) but if you are unhappy for whatever reason please email us at info@tokaree.co.uk and we can discuss options. Refunds and Returns will be made at the discretion of Tokaree Ltd.

If you need to be refunded, then you please return the basket(s) in their original condition within 7 working days of receiving them and we will refund you within 7 days provided the baskets are returned in a saleable condition. We are unable to reimburse the postage on items that are being returned unless they are faulty.
